Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe:

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
